Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

Welcome to Strata Form. These Terms explain the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products. Mandatory rights provided by applicable consumer protection law always prevail over any conflicting provision in these Terms.

1. Company Information

Strata Form
Pinehill Company Oy
Business ID (Y-tunnus): 3470524-4
Registered in Finland
Email: contact@strataform.co

2. Products

Strata Form supplies automotive vinyl wrap films, TPU paint protection films (PPF) and related materials. We aim to provide accurate specifications, descriptions and images. Appearance can vary depending on lighting, screen calibration, the original paint surface and material properties. Minor manufacturing tolerances may apply as described in the relevant product specifications.

We may update or discontinue products, but this does not permit us to change the essential characteristics of a product already ordered without the customer's agreement or to avoid any rights relating to a product that does not conform to its description.

3. Pricing & VAT

Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable for EU consumers. VAT may be handled differently for eligible business purchases with valid VAT information, according to applicable tax law. Shipping charges and any other applicable costs are displayed before checkout.

If a material pricing error is discovered, we will contact the customer and deal with the order in accordance with applicable contract and consumer law; an error does not automatically entitle us to change the price of an already binding order.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Customers receive confirmation when an order has been placed and payment processed. We may need to refuse or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, such as suspected fraud or inability to fulfil the order, but will comply with applicable law. If we cancel an order for which payment has been taken, we will return payments as required by law.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates and shipping costs are explained in our Shipping Policy. The approximate delivery time for Finland and the EU is typically 10–14 business days, subject to the product and destination.

Carrier delays, customs and seasonal demand may affect the estimated delivery time, but we do not exclude our statutory responsibility for delayed, lost or damaged deliveries. Customers retain all applicable rights to require delivery and, where the law permits, cancel a delayed order.

For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage generally passes only when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods, subject to any applicable legal exception. Merely handing a parcel to our chosen delivery company does not normally transfer delivery risk to the consumer.

6. Returns, Withdrawal & Refunds

Our separate Return & Refund Policy describes statutory withdrawal rights, product complaints, returns and refunds. EU consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online goods purchases, subject only to lawful exceptions.

Opening a package, purchasing a discounted product or choosing a standard roll length does not automatically remove the statutory withdrawal right. Handling a product beyond what is necessary to inspect it can lead to a lawful deduction for diminished value. Any exceptions are assessed against applicable law, not a blanket rule for all film rolls.

For a valid withdrawal, payments are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, subject to the lawful right to wait until the goods are returned or proof of their dispatch is provided.

7. Installation & Product Use

Automotive films require suitable surface preparation, environmental conditions and installation methods. Professional fitting is strongly recommended. Check product instructions and test the material on a small area where appropriate.

Strata Form is not ordinarily responsible for damage solely caused by improper installation, inadequate preparation, installer negligence or unsuitable use, where unrelated to a product defect. This does not restrict liability for defective or non-conforming goods or any other mandatory consumer rights.

8. Liability

We are responsible for our obligations under applicable law. For business customers, exclusions or limitations of indirect losses and other commercial damages may apply to the extent permitted by law and subject to any separate contract.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory rights of consumers under Finnish and EU law. No blanket cap to the purchase price applies where such a cap would conflict with mandatory law.

9. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original text, logos, product photography, graphics and branding, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Any copying or other use requires the relevant permission unless the law allows the use without permission. Third-party rights, where applicable, remain with their holders.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Finnish law, without depriving consumers in other countries of any mandatory legal protections applicable to their contracts. Any dispute resolution and court jurisdiction are subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms for future use and will publish the current version on our website. Changes do not retroactively alter the terms of an existing contract without a lawful basis or the customer's agreement where required.
