Return & Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The roll must be unopened and in original packaging

  • The protective seals must be intact

  • The product must be in resale condition

Used, installed, cut, or partially unrolled materials are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened vinyl or PPF rolls

  • Cut-to-length materials

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Trade/B2B purchases (unless otherwise agreed in writing)

Due to the nature of automotive films, once protective packaging is opened, the material cannot be resold.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Strata Form is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and product

  • Keep all original packaging materials

Once confirmed, we will provide:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund including original shipping costs

5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product has been received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Installation Disclaimer

Professional installation is recommended.

Strata Form is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Surface preparation issues

  • Installer error

  • Environmental conditions during application

We strongly advise testing a small section before full installation.

7. Trade / B2B Customers

Purchases made under trade pricing or B2B accounts are considered final unless otherwise agreed in writing.
