These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website.

2. Products

Strata Form supplies automotive vinyl wrap films, TPU paint protection films (PPF), and related materials.

All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided as accurately as possible. However:

  • Slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration.

  • Minor production tolerances in thickness or finish may exist.

  • Product specifications may be updated without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & VAT

All prices are shown in EUR (€).

  • Prices include VAT where applicable for EU consumers.

  • For business customers with valid VAT numbers, VAT may be adjusted at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout.

Strata Form reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Acceptance

An order is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Limit quantities

  • Cancel orders due to suspected fraud or misuse

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Seasonal demand

Strata Form is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Vinyl and PPF rolls must remain unopened and unused to qualify for return.

Cut, installed, or partially used materials cannot be returned.

7. Installation & Product Use Disclaimer

Automotive films require proper installation conditions.

Strata Form is not liable for:

  • Improper surface preparation

  • Installation errors

  • Environmental factors during installation

  • Damage caused during application or removal

  • Compatibility issues with certain paint types or substrates

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

All materials should be tested on a small area before full application.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Strata Form shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Labor costs related to installation or removal

  • Business interruption

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protection rights under EU or Finnish law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Product names

  • Images

  • Text

  • Branding

is the property of Strata Form and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
