1. Order Processing & Dispatch Model

Strata Form operates with a controlled supply chain model to ensure consistent material quality.

Most products are sourced directly from our manufacturing partners and prepared for shipment upon order confirmation.

Estimated total delivery time is approximately 10–14 business days.

This timeframe includes:

  • Material allocation and preparation

  • International transport

  • Final dispatch to the customer

You will receive tracking information once your shipment has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

Approximate delivery timeframe:

Finland & EU: 10–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier transit times

  • Seasonal demand

We always aim to ship orders as efficiently as possible.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

All prices are shown in EUR (€).

For non-EU orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Status & Tracking

Tracking details will be sent via email once the order has entered final transit.

Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear after the shipping confirmation email.

5. Shipping Damage

Customers must inspect the shipment upon delivery.

If damage is visible:

  • Report within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of packaging and product

  • Retain original packaging

Failure to report within 48 hours may affect eligibility for replacement.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are correct.

Orders returned due to incorrect address details may incur additional shipping charges.

7. Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Strata Form is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs authorities

  • International freight disruptions

  • Shipping carrier issues
